Job Title: Intern
Location: South Orange County
Position Overview: As a Social Media Intern at Solaí The Label, you’ll play a key role in engaging with our online community and helping to build our presence on social media platforms, especially TikTok. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about fashion, social media, and creating content that resonates with our audience. You’ll assist with daily social media tasks, including answering direct messages, creating engaging TikTok content, and supporting overall brand growth across platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Assistance:
- Assist with the day-to-day management of Solaí The Label’s social media accounts, including Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Help plan, schedule, and post content that aligns with our brand’s voice and aesthetic.
- Monitor social media trends and suggest innovative ideas to keep our content fresh and engaging.
- Direct Message Management:
- Engage with our community by responding to direct messages on Instagram and other social platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions about our products, order statuses, and brand story.
- Track common inquiries and feedback to share with the team, helping us improve our customer experience.
- TikTok Content Creation:
- Assist in developing and executing a TikTok content strategy that showcases our products, brand values, and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Create and edit short-form videos that are on-trend, engaging, and true to the Solaí The Label aesthetic.
- Engage with our TikTok audience by responding to comments, participating in trends, and building a strong brand presence on the platform.
- Assist on Photo Shoots:
- Help prep samples for photo shoots
- Help assist on photo shoots (set up, clean up)
- Content creation on photo shoots
- Help manage influencer program:
- Reach out and coordinate influencer schedule
- Send out weekly gift orders to influencers
- Organize influencer content in dropbox folder
Qualifications:
- Passion for fashion, social media, and digital content creation.
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate content ideas that align with our brand.
- Strong communication skills
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
- Previous experience with content creation and video editing.
