Production Coordinator
- 20-30 hours/week
- Hybrid position
- Local to Orange County or North San Diego County
- Highly detailed, yet creative position
Qualifications:
- Experience in production in fashion ecommerce
- Intermediate level understanding of G-Suite and Microsoft Office
- Experience in Shopify
- Excellent time-management and organization skills to consistently meet deadlines
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently and quickly without compromising quality
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality control
- Adeptness to organize, prioritize, and pivot workload in a dynamic environment
- Capacity for working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Competence for executing independent decisions
Tasks will include:
- Owns daily email production correspondence with vendors, manufacturers, packing warehouse and fulfillment warehouse
- Assisting in sourcing, product design and development
- Uploading product information for warehouse purposes
- Uploading products to Shopify
- Creating inventory reports
- Keeping detailed information up to date on our production calendar
- Creating mood boards for incoming product
- Going downtown LA with founders 1-2/month for design and development meetings
- Assisting on photoshoots to create product inspiration and vision come to life
- Communicating with marketing team on product drops/timelines
