Return Policy

Start a Return or Exchange

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are happy to accept returns within 30 days of the order being fulfilled. As long as items are unwashed, unused, and in their original condition. Your return will be refunded in form of store credit only that never expires.

Return Options:

1) Quick and easy exchange: Select which item you would prefer and we will immediately ship out the new item once the original item has been shipped back to us. There will be a shipping and restocking fee of $8.00 for an exchange.

2) Return for store credit: Pop the item you are returning in the mail, once it's delivered to our warehouse please allow for 2 business days to process and you will be emailed your refund in a form of a gift card.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

Items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned. Jewelry, Hats and items under our sale section are all final sale

Route Package Protection

We proudly offer Route Shipping that can be purchased at an additional cost to you. Route is a shipping insurance company that covers packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

Damaged/Faulty Items

Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product is damaged in transit or is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with Route. We are not responsible if the customer did not purchase insurance protection through Route. 

If your item or items get delivered and have damages please email a photo of the UNWASHED/UNWORN damage along with your order number within 7 days of delivery. We will work quickly to give a refund for the merchandise in form of store credit, replacement or back to original payment form upon request. 

Lost/Stolen Packages

We are proud to offer our customers the option to purchase package insurance through Route. We strongly advise package protection as carrier mishaps, stolen packages and damaged items can always occur during shipping. If you choose to opt out of Route, Solai will not be responsible for replacing or reimbursing any items.

Order Cancellations/Changes

We cannot guarantee a cancellation or changes on an order once it's placed. Our fulfillment warehouse ships out quickly after the order is made so we canrarely make any changes. Please email us at to see if it's possible to cancel or change your order if needed.

US Shipping

Orders take 1-3 business days to process and can take up to 5 business days to ship, depending on your zip code. Most orders take under 3 days to be processed and deliver.

All orders under $150 have a charge of $8.95 to ship. All orders over $150 are on us. Express shipping is $18.00.

Canadian Shipping

We are not responsible for customs fees or lost packages. Orders can take up to 10 business days to deliver. Shipping cost is $25.00. Return labels will also be provided by the customer at an additional cost.

We do not offer full refunds back to your original form of payment. If you wish to return or exchange your regular priced items, we will issue you store credit to the email associated with your order.
