Solaí releases seasonal and limited collections throughout the year (like our Linen and Cotton Gauze collections each summer), alongside Signature Styles — core pieces we keep in rotation because customers reach for them again and again.

We accept returns within 30 days of your order being fulfilled, as long as items are unwashed, unused, and in their original condition. Returns are refunded as store credit only, which is valid for one year from the date of issuance. Items marked Final Sale — including jewelry, hats, and anything in our Sale section — cannot be returned.You can start a return or exchange anytime at our return portal.

Yes. Select the item you'd like instead, and we'll ship your new piece as soon as your original item is on its way back to us. Exchanges carry an $8.00 shipping and restocking fee.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days and can take up to 7 business days to ship, depending on your zip code — most orders move in under 3 days.

Shipping is free on all U.S. orders over $150. Orders under $150 ship for a flat $8.95. Express shipping is available for $18.00. Canadian orders ship for a flat $25.00; Solaí is not responsible for customs fees, and Canadian return shipping is provided by the customer at their own cost.

We ship quickly, so we can rarely make changes once an order is placed — but email us right away at hello@solaithelabel.com and we'll do what we can.

We offer optional package protection through Navidium at checkout, which we recommend — Solaí is not able to replace or reimburse lost, stolen, or damaged items if protection was declined. If your item arrives damaged, email hello@solaithelabel.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the unworn, unwashed damage and your order number, and we'll take care of it quickly.

Regular-priced returns are issued as store credit to the email on your order, not back to your original payment method.
