"I have a capsule wardrobe, and my last black dress had recently given out on me! I searched and searched and searched for a new black dress with specific things: maxi length, made with natural fibers, & puff sleeves of some sort. I found this one, and went back and forth, but eventually decided to get it! Upon it arriving, I LOVED how it looks on. I am 5’6 and 140lbs, normally a 26” waist - I ordered a S and it’s a great fit, just a bit of room in the bust area. The length BARELY is above the floor, which I personally love. I wanted a dress that I could wear with a sweater during the cold, or without during warm months — the puff sleeves are a bit big, making me unable to layer it with certain sweaters. But otherwise, it can be dressed up or dressed down! I’ve gotten many compliments since buying it, but I’ve noticed that the compliments have been “You look so beautiful” — because of its beautiful simplicity, this dress doesn’t steal the show, but highlights YOU as the most beautiful thing. MY ONLY worry is quality, as there were a few loose threads throughout the dress! Thank you!"
